Cowley Associates welcomes Heather Malinowski as Project Manager. Heather earned her Master’s Degree at SUNY Oswego in 2013. She brings excellent expertise, organizational, and time management skills to her new role in addition to her ability to easily and effectively communicate and explain sometimes complex ideas to our clients.

“We’re very happy to have Heather here growing the Cowley team.” says Gail. “Her skill set and experience will be of great benefit to all of our clients.”

Heather comes to us after working for the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority for two and a half years where her responsibilities included managing the airports websites and social media platforms in order to raise the airports profile in the community. While in this role she was invited to speak at a conference on social media best practices which lead to an invitation to write an article for an international magazine on how to create a strategic plan for social media.

When asked why she’s excited about her new position as Project Manager, Heather replied: “I’ve always been a very organized person, lists and office supplies are my happy place. I also enjoy working with people and making them feel comfortable and confident. I am thrilled to have found a place with the Cowley Team where I can put my strengths and passions to good use. I know for any client, communication, organization and customer service are priorities. I look forward to providing smooth management of all accounts and projects. I am excited to meet all current and future clients of Cowley Associates.”
