Cowley Welcomes Bryan Sidoni as Director of Business Development

By Cowley Team

Cowley Associates welcomes Bryan Sidoni as Director of Business Development. Bryan brings over 15 years of business development experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and an MBA from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. He spent the last 9 years at WAER Public Media as an Underwriting & Business Development Coordinator. In his role at WAER he sold, implemented, and managed media campaigns for a multitude of clients across various industry niches.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Bryan to the Cowley team. He’s going to bring a new energy and help build upon the solid foundation already in place.” says Gail. “With his experience, business mind, and connections in the community, he’ll easily become an invaluable asset for us.”

Bryan’s experiences working with B2B and B2C clients fostered a philosophy to building business relationships that’s predicated on responsiveness and value, and one that should stand to benefit both Cowley and its partners going forward.

When asked about his approach to accomplishing this goal, Bryan said “The more I hear the word client the more I feel it places an emphasis on the relationship as an asset and partnership. We want to learn about the people and organizations we work with, listen to their needs, develop a strategy that matches them to our capabilities and then implement a plan that will achieve their goals and deliver value.”

If you’d like to meet Brian and talk about your business goals, feel free to reach out to him directly at or give him a call at 315-475-8453 ext. 234.
