Metro 42 Challenge - Client Spotlight

It has been a very busy month here at Cowley Associates. One project that was completed this month was with Metro Fitness. Metro Fitness came to Cowley in need of help advertising its life-changing new fitness program called “The Metro 42 Challenge.”

What Is the Metro 42 Challenge?

The Metro 42 Challenge is an intense fitness program designed to help you lose 20 pounds in just 42 days. It is a serious program which includes intense workouts 5 days a week and detailed nutrition plans. In order to ensure quality training and personalization the groups are kept to eight people. There are two teams one which works out at 6:30 A.M. and one that works at 5:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday. Both teams meet Saturday morning for a combined workout.

Marketing the Challenge

Metro Fitness has a very passionate staff and the program was designed carefully.  Now it was Cowley’s turn to go to work. Cowley created the name and logo for the challenge, which was placed on shirts and posters. In addition to the logo, the tag line for the program – “You Can Do This!” – was also created. A website for the challenge was designed, which included an interest form and a welcome video from the owner. The video was shot and edited by the team at Cowley.

Inside Metro Fitness you will see the different banners created by Cowley to advertise the challenge. There are three different banners: one with a woman, man, and another weight loss image. They are accompanied by the line, “Get to the Real You!”

“This campaign is a really great marketing effort to gain long-term clients. Once individuals complete the challenge hopefully they will stick around and continue to improve,” said Paul Cowley.

100% Success!

Metro Fitness is now set up for success. The program currently has a 100% success rate so there is no question they have a great program, and now thanks to Cowley people are going to find out about it.
